Brewing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Brewing Specialist to join our team at Banff National Perk Cafe.

This is a full-time opportunity that requires working at our physical location, with no option for remote work. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be reliable in their work ethic.

• Clean and sanitize equipment and utensils, including dishwashers, carts, and waste disposal units.
• Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and receive, unpack, and store supplies.
• Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and package take-out food.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience an asset, but not required.
