Job Description
">The Draftsperson, Industrial Project Leader will be responsible for designing manufacturing plans for production projects, managing internal projects, and developing product plans.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Produce and modify SolidWorks drawings for clients and/or suppliers.
- Validate the feasibility of a project with production.
- Create product lists (BOM) for customer service.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding special technical parts or orders.
Requirements
">- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- College-level studies in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Technical Drawing, or Maintenance.
- Motivated by challenges and/or projects.
Benefits
">- Daytime position, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
- Typical office hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Salary and vacation based on experience.
- 50% of employee insurance coverage paid by the employer.
- Quarterly performance-based bonus ranging from 10% to 15% of the salary based on company performance.
