As an Industrial Coatings Specialist, you will be responsible for applying coatings and paints to various surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish and adhering to strict quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Prepare Work Areas

Clean and maintain equipment, workstations, and surrounding areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

  • Apply Coatings and Paints

Select and apply the appropriate coatings and paints to various surfaces, following established procedures and guidelines.

  • Operate Equipment

Operate and maintain equipment such as sandblasters, paint sprayers, and other machinery to ensure efficient and effective coating application.

  • Inspect and Test

Inspect and test coatings and paints to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.

  • Physical Demands

This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and bending, with frequent use of hands and fingers.

  • Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical demand, requiring attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
