Erst Paper Bags Supplies Inc. is seeking a skilled Paper Mill Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of our paper mill. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that systems and equipment are running smoothly, and that maintenance and repairs are performed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage work schedules to optimize production efficiency
  • Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a smooth production process
  • Oversee the safety of operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a paper mill or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Physical demands include repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and manual dexterity
Work Environment:

The Paper Mill Supervisor will work in an urban area, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking required throughout the day. The ability to distinguish between colors is also essential for this role.
