Payroll Supervisor for Education Institutions

Job Summary:

beBee Professionals is looking for a skilled Payroll Supervisor to manage the payroll process for education institutions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the payroll process for education institutions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Lead and develop payroll staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
  • Ensure payroll taxes are filed and paid in a timely manner.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees and management regarding payroll issues.
  • Maintain payroll records and files.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to payroll.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
