Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Hive Invesco Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Residential Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of residential projects from start to finish. This includes supervising workers, coordinating activities, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality construction.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects meet design and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Provide training and support to construction teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects successfully.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in residential construction.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols.
Work Environment:

Varies locations.

Language:

English.

Hours of Work:

30 to 40 hours per week.

This is a permanent position.
