Job Title: Senior Financial Planner

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Trusted Accounting & Tax Services Inc.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and controlling budgets, establishing policies, monitoring financial systems, managing contracts, and maintaining financial records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas of improvement
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial stability
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance
  • Monitor financial control systems to detect potential issues
  • Manage contracts and negotiate agreements with suppliers and partners
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data to inform business decisions
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in finance or accounting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring them to be highly organized and efficient. They will be expected to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
