As a C# Programmer Analyst at Desjardins, you will play a key role in driving IT efficiency and quality by analyzing, designing, configuring, developing, maintaining, and upgrading software products to meet the organization's requirements.

With your technical expertise and ability to anticipate innovation, you will develop, standardize, and roll out medium- to large-scale IT systems, programs, and applications. You will analyze client and partner requirements and influence decisions on appropriate IT solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing execution strategies and analyzing and developing software products (design, code, and automate run tests) while applying development, data, and security best practices
  • Documenting technical solutions and practices to ensure product sustainability and developing documentation for training purposes
  • Providing technical support for IT operations, analyzing, diagnosing, following up on, and resolving critical and complex system issues
  • Cocreating with business partners and architects to standardize solutions accordingly
  • Leading software package installations and testing as well as in-house application deployment

We offer a competitive salary and annual bonus, 4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year, a defined benefit pension plan, group insurance, reimbursement of health and wellness expenses, and telework equipment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
