The Job
We are searching for a permanent Executive Assistant, Consumer Escalations and Compliance to join our Risk and Compliance team. As a key member of the team, you will provide professional administrative support to the Chief Compliance and Risk Officer (CCRO) and help form strategic decisions about customer complaint resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Track KPIs and reporting of consumer complaint resolutions
- Monitor regulatory licensing requirements for staff
- Prepare executive and Board reports for the CCRO
- Schedule and manage Internal Risk Committee meetings
- Oversee and monitor the status of open complaints and adherence to policy and processes
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the Life and P&C insurance industry or as an Executive Assistant
- Minimum of 1 year experience successfully managing sensitive or complex consumer escalations
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Post-secondary coursework in an administrative program or relevant field
- Professional experience in customer service for Life and P&C insurance
