Job Title: Cleaning and Maintenance Team Leader

At Blast Off, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
* Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
* Prepare budgets and cost estimates
* Recommend additional services required
* Maintain financial records
* Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs

Requirements:

* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
* College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent oral communication skills
* Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
