Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at YORK ELECTRONICS. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive systems, including electrical and electronic systems, ignition systems, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems, including electrical and electronic systems, ignition systems, and more.
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations.
  • Work with customers to understand their vehicle's needs and provide solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Post-secondary education in automotive technology or a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
