Canada Detailer Role

At The Hillman Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Canada Detailer to join our team. As a Canada Detailer, you will be responsible for providing hands-on service to Big Box Retail stores, setting up company displays, ensuring adequate inventory levels, and resolving day-to-day customer and store issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit designated stores weekly to merchandising inventory, sorting bins, and attending to general housekeeping duties.
  • Prepare and process new orders using company-issued equipment.
  • Ensure proper product inventory levels and bring issues and discrepancies to the attention of the designated store manager and Detailer Supervisor.
  • Work as a liaison between big box stores and the corporate headquarters, complying with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a retail vendor or big box environment or related experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, specifically MS Office, MS Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strategic thinker, good communicator, and exceptional problem solver.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills (oral & written).
