Key Responsibilities- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them the appropriate tools and equipment.
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Take digital dental x-rays to aid in accurate diagnoses and treatment planning.
- Sterilize instruments and equipment to maintain a high standard of hygiene and infection control.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide guidance on maintaining good oral health.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage dental records, ensuring efficient and effective communication.
- Prior experience in dental assisting is preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of dental software, such as Cleardent, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry and dental receptionist duties would be advantageous.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
- A competitive hourly rate of $32.00-$35.00.
- A flexible schedule with 35 hours per week.
