Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team at CL Chartered Professional Accountant Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial strategy and operations, ensuring the company's financial health and stability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate and timely financial information
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and risk management
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies and plans
  • Manage and develop a high-performing finance team to ensure effective financial operations
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior financial leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving financial growth and profitability
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions
