About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Casino Security Specialist to oversee security throughout our casino facilities, ensuring guests and employees feel safe and protected at all times. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a presence on the gaming floor, responding to guest inquiries, controlling access to sensitive areas, and monitoring alarm panels.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Maintain a visible presence on the gaming floor and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
  • Control access to the facility and sensitive areas, ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted zones.
  • Monitor alarm panels and issue keys as necessary.
  • Write reports, maintain a daily log, and conduct investigations as required.
  • Provide First Aid and medical attention as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Minimum 6 months experience in a security role, preferably in a casino environment.
  • Proven high level of customer service and ability to handle sensitive situations.
  • Detail-oriented and organized nature, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification and ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the relevant authorities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for long periods.
