Job Summary

Mackenzie Health is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our team. As a Diagnostic Testing Specialist, you will play a critical role in the promotion and treatment of health conditions by performing and interpreting diagnostic laboratory tests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine bench work according to established methodologies and procedures.
  • Contribute to safe, quality care by performing tests, reporting results, and analyzing data.
  • Process specimens, test, document procedures and results, maintain equipment, and ensure a clean working environment.

Requirements

  • Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) General Diploma from a recognized school of Medical Laboratory Technology.
  • Successful completion of certification exams for general registration from CSMLS.
  • Current registration in good standing with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (CMLTO).
  • Experience in core lab, including Hematology, Chemistry, and Transfusion Medicine.
