We are seeking a skilled Hair Colour Specialist to join our team at MOONLIGHT DAY SPA INC. in a full-time position.

About the Job

This is a permanent opportunity with 40 hours of work per week. The estimated salary for this role is around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential. As a Hair Colour Specialist, you will be responsible for advising clients on beauty care treatments, booking appointments, cutting and trimming hair according to client's instructions or preferences, and providing custom hair and scalp treatment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar field
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

As a Hair Colour Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of techniques, including blow drying, hair braiding, iron waving/curling, permanents, extensions, twisting, relaxing, spiking, pin curls, and roller setting. You will also be able to apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair.
