This is a unique opportunity for a skilled engineer with a passion for electrical building services design. As an Electrical Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing electrical systems for commercial buildings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical building systems, including distribution, lighting, fire alarm, security, communication, and audio-visual systems.
  • Conduct load calculations and prepare drawings, specifications, and reports necessary to deliver a project.
  • Liaise with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
  • Perform site visits and reviews to ensure compliance with design standards and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Three or more years of direct industry experience in electrical building services engineering.
  • Diploma/Degree from an electrical engineering program.
  • C.E.T. with equivalent experience and abilities.
  • Knowledge and experience working with Autodesk Revit 2017 or newer, AutoCAD, MEP, Navisworks Manage, and Dynamo software.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suites, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
