Job Summary:

Agropur is seeking a skilled Logistics Manager to join our team in Beauceville. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all logistics activities, including receiving and shipping, transportation planning, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all logistics activities to ensure efficient and effective supply chain operations.
• Plan and coordinate transportation to meet production and transformation department needs.
• Maximize the use of dry and refrigerated storage and loading docks.
• Lead and develop a team of logistics personnel to achieve budget targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, environmental, and quality programs.
• Fill labor resource gaps as needed.
• Participate in the development of a culture of continuous improvement with various departments.
• Perform other related tasks.

Requirements:

• Critical thinking and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP and Oracle skills are an asset.
• Functional English (an asset).
