We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the execution of multi-unit, full-cycle construction projects. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in managing resources to meet safety, schedule, and quality objectives.

The successful candidate will develop, update, and oversee project schedules, including short-term look-ahead plans. They will supervise and coordinate on-site trade activities, collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve issues effectively, and identify and address design deficiencies, scheduling conflicts, and other project challenges.

The Construction Project Manager will also supervise, mentor, and train site personnel as needed, monitor trade partner performance for safety, quality, and scope compliance, and coordinate with vendors to order and manage material deliveries. Additionally, they will enforce adherence to Design Build Solutions' Safety Program and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, safety inspections, and schedule updates.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Education: Diploma in Construction Management, Journeyman Certificate, or equivalent
  • Experience: 5–10+ years as a Site Superintendent, with expertise in residential, commercial, or institutional construction. Design-build experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to supervise, coordinate, and schedule construction activities to meet project goals
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foster trust among team members and trade partners
  • Demonstrated competence in safety, project execution, cost control, quality, and administration
