Job Description

V.U Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Work Study Analyst to join our team. As a Work Study Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving the operational efficiency of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and provide advice on managerial methods and organization to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement quality management and quality assurance standards.
  • Conduct research to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs.
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures.
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies.
  • Manage knowledge and provide coaching and mentoring to staff.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
