Marketing Coordinator

INKAS Armored Vehicles Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing marketing functions, creating engaging content, and developing brand awareness.
Responsibilities:- Manage marketing functions, including assessing product characteristics and determining marketing needs.
- Create valuable and engaging content for our websites and blogs.
- Manage social media posting across all channels and analyze post-campaign metrics.
- Develop brand awareness through brand awards recognition events and media outlets.
- Coordinate logistics and communications for international and local events.
- Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for marketing and business development initiatives.
- Procure marketing collateral, corporate apparel, and merchandise.
- Maintain promotional materials inventory and monitor merchandise trends.
- Organize calendars and business appointments, and arrange international travel and accommodations.
- Support marketing with research, analysis, and reporting in related areas.
- Write and create content for key communications deliverables.
- Handle marketing department invoicing and monthly marketing budget reporting.
- A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum two years of work experience in marketing, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in content development and online marketing.
- Experience organizing international trade shows and events.
- Blogging and social media management experience.
- Experience with Videography and Photoshop.
- Proven knowledge of public relations and media crisis communications.
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Power Point, and MS Word, Salesforce.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in SEO, CRO, PPC, social advertising, digital analysis, and reporting.
