Purchasing and Inventory Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing and Inventory Management Coordinator to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.
Key Responsibilities- Procurement and Inventory Management: Co-ordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies, and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, procurement activities, and other relevant metrics.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Co-ordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies related to procurement and inventory management.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows.
