About the RoleWe are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide exceptional nursing services to patients in various settings, including in-home, clinics, retirement homes, and schools.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a valid driver's license, and current immunization records. They will also be required to maintain a current vulnerable sector check and clear background check.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain effective care plans for Community Health Services;
- Provide nursing services to patients, both in-person and virtually;
- Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and interdisciplinary care teams;
- Perform other clinical duties as required.

Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.
