Physiotherapist - Cornwall

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Cornwall Physiotherapy, a proud member of the Lifemark Health Group. As a Physiotherapist with our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload and provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and clinical reasoning.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
• Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic.
• Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
• Manage a caseload in a dynamic environment.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
• Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in outpatient rehabilitation, although new graduates with licenses are also welcome to apply.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
