About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated English Language Learning Specialist to join our team at School District #38 (Richmond). As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and linguistic development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective English language learning programs for students in grades K-7
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate language support into the curriculum
  • Provide individualized support to students with diverse linguistic backgrounds
  • Assess student language proficiency and develop strategies to address language barriers
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in English language learning and share knowledge with colleagues
