Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at DEOL ROAD CARRIER LTD. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production team, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and supervise production team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Prepare and submit reports on production performance, quality control, and other relevant metrics.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Coordinate and assign work tasks to team members, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed by external contractors or internal teams.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of improving productivity, quality, and efficiency in a production setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, clients, and external contractors.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Full-time position, 35-40 hours per week.
