Job Title: Supervisor of Stock Clerks

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supervisor of Stock Clerks to join our team at Canadian Tire. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our stockroom, ensuring that all merchandise is accurately received, stored, and distributed to our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of stock clerks, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise to our stores.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking stock movements and identifying any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless inventory management and minimize stockouts.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve inventory management and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
