Maternity Leave Opportunity for Registered Dental Hygienist

Canadian Orthodontic Partners is seeking a talented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Waterloo, ON team on a maternity leave opportunity.

We provide an enhanced level of patient care and service experience in our clinics, prioritizing patient care above all else.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to build a personal connection with patients, providing enthusiastic support and care during every visit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care and support in an enthusiastic way, building a personal connection at every visit.
  • Ensure patients receive optimal hygiene treatment based on clinical findings and their goal for comprehensive oral health.
  • Collect patient's dental and relevant medical history, to reference during examinations.
  • Clean patient's teeth to remove plaque, polish, floss, and brush.
  • Prepare and maintain all dental instruments, supplies, and equipment.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferred but not required.
  • Successful completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Hygiene Degree program.
  • Registered and/or licensed by the dental hygiene regulatory authority within the province, in good standing.
  • Experience in an orthodontic office is preferred but not required.
  • Current CPR and First Aid training.
