Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Designer to join our Engineering and Design team. The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary diploma in Computer Aided Design and at least 2 years of experience designing customized racking parts and systems using AutoCAD. Key responsibilities include producing accurate drawings and layouts, inspecting custom designed racking systems onsite, and collaborating with the Engineering and Installation teams to identify and troubleshoot design issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience using AutoCAD to design selective/push-back/drive-in racking systems
• 2+ years of experience working with forklifts as they relate to the design of a wire guidance system, and forklift interfaces for custom racking systems
• 2+ years of experience with torque specifications, embedment, clearance issues as related to engineering requirements and industry standards
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with personal vehicle to travel throughout BC for inspection work
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
