As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing day-to-day administration, and supporting the advisory team in achieving their business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Collaborate with the advisory team to identify opportunities for business growth and develop solutions to address client needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and account information.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, tailoring our services to meet their expectations.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders, fostering trust and confidence through excellent communication and service delivery.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in finance or investment.
- Advanced knowledge of investment processes, administrative procedures, and compliance practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
