About the Role

Mega Signs Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team. As a key member of our retail store, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cash register, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and mentor our sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Cash Register Operations: Oversee the daily cash register operations, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored, and that merchandise is displayed attractively.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
