We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Part-Time Stock Handler to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:
  • As a Part-Time Stock Handler, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized stockroom, ensuring that merchandise is accurately stocked and easily accessible to customers.
  • You will also be expected to execute selling behaviors consistently, leverage product knowledge to differentiate the service experience, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver business objectives.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A post-secondary education in retail management or a related field would be considered an asset.
  • At least one year of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a stock handling or sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
