We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Project Lead to join our Remediation Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading environmental projects from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead environmental projects, including Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments, soil and groundwater sampling, and remediation activities.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members.
  • Prepare and edit technical reports, including conceptual site models.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science or Engineering and/or Diploma in Environmental Science.
  • 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in Ontario.
  • Professional designation, such as P. Eng., P. Geo., C.E.T. etc. (or working towards) is considered an asset.
  • Excellent writing, editing, technical, and organizational skills, along with the ability to problem-solve.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Ontario Regulation 153/04.
  • Experience with Excess Soils work under Ontario Regulation 406/19.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
