At beBee Professionals in Kingston, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Advanced Patient Care Specialist to provide high-quality care to our patients.
About the RoleIn this critical position, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional medical care and support to individuals of all ages. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patients' conditions, administer treatments, and medications as prescribed by physicians.
Main Responsibilities- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing personalized care plans.
- Treatment Administration: Safely administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as directed by physicians or other licensed healthcare professionals.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals, to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Patient Education: Provide education and support to patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and self-care techniques.
- Valid RN License: Possess a current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Clinical Experience: Bring a minimum of [2-5] years of experience working in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to Adapt: Show flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
