Job Title: Senior .NET Application Developer

About the Role:
As a key member of our Recovery Client Delivery team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying recovery applications that support our clients' needs. This role requires a strong understanding of software development principles, including technical design, systems analysis, coding, and unit testing. You will work closely with other developers, QA, and business analysts to ensure the successful implementation of various applications using .NET and Microsoft-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business and functional requirements to identify gaps and provide input
• Plan, design, develop, and deploy new applications, as well as maintain and enhance existing ones
• Participate in all phases of the Technology Development Life Cycle
• Develop detailed system/design documents to meet development methodology and increase application maintainability
• Collaborate with the project team to assist in user testing and create implementation instructions

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in C# .NET, Visual Studio, Web forms, .NET Core, WCF, WebAPI, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery, EF, MVC, NUnit, and SQL Server
• Hands-on experience in OOAD, SOA, TDD, UML Modeling, and front-end/back-end application development
• Familiarity with diagramming software like Microsoft Visio
• Excellent reading and writing skills, with effective communication through voice, email, and messaging tools
• Ability to manage changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn different skills and work in different languages and tools
