Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at WSAudiology. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining client files.
- Educate clients on our products and services, including hearing device payment plans, insurance direct-billing, and trial periods.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, including attending community events and networking with healthcare providers.
- Assist the clinical team with sanitization and equipment as directed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Experience in a retail or sales-oriented environment is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is an asset, as the role may involve local travel to events and marketing engagements.
