About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Lendcare subsidiary. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through prompt and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide solutions to customer complaints, often within a time limit, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Strive to achieve first call resolution to deliver the best customer experience.
  • Learn to identify customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable financial products or services.
  • Process account modifications and requests related to payments, credits, and other financial transactions.
  • Provide feedback to other departments to improve sales, marketing, and business processes.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our financial products to effectively address customer inquiries.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a call center environment or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and operate with integrity.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt to change in a fast-paced environment, and work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, with strong keyboarding skills and the ability to learn new software programs.
  • Ability to work full-time in our office.

Operational Hours:

Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
