About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Savers / Value Village. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving the success of our store by leading and developing a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of retail staff to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Ensure a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives

Requirements

  • 2+ years of retail management experience
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
