**Job Title:** Psychiatric Assessment Team Lead
**Company Overview:** The Lake of the Woods District Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychiatric Assessment Team Lead to join our team. Our hospital provides comprehensive mental health services to patients in need, and we are committed to delivering high-quality care.
**Estimated Salary:** $45.00 per hour (As per ONA Collective Agreement)
Job Description:- We are looking for a team lead with expertise in psychiatric/mental health knowledge, skills, and abilities to assess individuals experiencing intense mental health problems.
- The successful candidate will make appropriate recommendations for patient care based on excellent judgment and knowledge of psychopathology, risk indicators, applicable legislation, and community resources.
- Experience in Acute Psychiatric/Mental Health with experience caring for patients with addictions and knowledge of mental health crisis and assessment services.
- Certified with CNA for mental health and addictions preferred or willing to obtain and/or advanced certification in mental health and addictions preferred.
- Recent continuing education in Mental Health/Psychiatric Nursing.
- Knowledge of current legislation, including the Mental Health Act.
