Manufacturing Engineering Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Professional to join our team at Bombardier. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Establish the needs of various sectors of the plant in terms of layout or infrastructure.
- Present projects to internal entities and communicate their progress.
- Develop and choose innovative solutions while respecting customer needs.
- Respect health, safety, and environmental rules and intervene as needed.
- Ensure deliverables comply with plans and specifications and meet deadlines.
- Plan multiple projects simultaneously while respecting operational challenges and constraints.
- Manage work under your responsibility (HSE, Quality, etc.) by ensuring constant monitoring of external contractors.
- Respect budgets and inform Bombardier managers of any excess costs related to the project.
- University degree or college diploma in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or architecture.
- More than three years of experience as a project manager in an industrial environment.
- Excellent spirit of synthesis and ability to popularize technical information in written and oral communications.
- Excellent command of French and good knowledge of English.
- Good computer skills in a Windows environment: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Teams, etc.
- Good communicator with ability to interact with stakeholders from different backgrounds.
- Autonomous, innovative, and dynamic individual.
- Leadership skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Organized, results-oriented, and flexible individual accustomed to working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in project management and ideally in drawing on Autocad.
