Job Summary

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our Food Production Services team at Bella Coola General Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and direct the preparation of meals in the kitchen.
  • Perform related administrative duties and supervise designated staff.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from a recognized 12-month program in cooking plus two years recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Successful completion of Food Safe I & II.
