Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Blackfoot Liquor Centre. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer requests and complaints.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of 3-4 sales staff, including cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs not covered by employer. Willing to relocate.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check required.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player.
