About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Supervisor to join our team at AK Alliance Manufacturing. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties effectively, ensuring maximum productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Hire and train staff members or arrange for their training, equipping them with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Autorize returns of merchandise, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Establish work schedules that meet business needs, balancing employee workload and demands.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Resolve issues promptly, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, demonstrating problem-solving skills and professionalism.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock management.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.

Compensation and Benefits
