Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate residents' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to promote independence and functional ability.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Provide education and training to residents and their families on various aspects of rehabilitation and wellness.
  • Conduct regular progress assessments and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's licence and own transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Client-focused and organized with a strong attention to detail.
