Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at G&S Direct Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Route Planning: Plan and adjust routes based on changing conditions to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
- Vehicle Operation: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
- Loading and Unloading: Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
- Documentation: Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
- Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of cargo, including tarping and handling dangerous goods.
- AZ class license
- Permanent work term
- English language proficiency
- 35-40 hours per week
