Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Team Lead to join our team at Advantage Solutions Inc. in a part-time capacity. As a Merchandising Team Lead, you will be responsible for executing merchandising plans, building relationships with store management, and ensuring timely reporting of reset execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute merchandising plans, including resets and relines, to ensure accurate product placement and optimal store appearance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and assigned merchandisers to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.
  • Timely electronic reporting of reset execution and work hours to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.
  • Collaborate with SAS Retail Services Management to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation to one or multiple local locations.
  • Physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50+ pounds.
  • Comfortable working with smart phone technology.
  • Prior grocery or big box store retail merchandising experience preferred.
  • Planogram experience preferred, with training available.
  • Ability to work independently or with other merchandisers.
