We are seeking a skilled Technical Escalation Specialist to join our team at Enns Brothers, a leading John Deere dealership in Manitoba. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior mechanic or technician looking to take their expertise to the next level while working in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our Service Department, you will play a crucial role in establishing a knowledge center within the organization to improve product resolution cycle times. Your primary focus will be on improving technicians' diagnostic and repair abilities, resulting in reduced downtime and lower costs for our customers.

Key responsibilities include monitoring machine alerts, providing proactive repair solutions, and coordinating cases between technicians and John Deere factory support as needed. You will also work closely with our team to identify emerging product quality concerns and develop strategies to address them.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to focus on established procedures and processes for problem-solving. A mechanical background and experience working with agricultural equipment are essential, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Service and Parts department operations.
