We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Two Bay Enterprizes Limited. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
- Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, and organize buffets and banquets.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
