Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their needs and provide expert advice.
  • Manage family law files independently, including document preparation, filings, and deadlines.
  • Represent clients in family court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediation sessions.
  • Advocate for clients, ensuring their rights are protected and their interests are served.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution through alternative dispute resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Family Law in Ontario.
  • Excellent academics (B student and/or greater).
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Some trial experience preferred.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • $180,000 /year or greater base salary DOE.
  • Annual bonus.
  • Hybrid work options (3 days in, 2 days at home).
  • Medical, dental, vision coverage, PTO + more.
